Preventative pest control services are offered on a monthly, bi-monthly or
on-call basis. Our service includes both indoor and outdoor treatment. For
our regular customers, we customize our pest control treatment for each
individual property, including rotation of pesticides used to provide
maximum effectiveness, control and elimination with minimal chemical
invasion. We also offer Integrated Pest Management (IPM) to control
insects without the use of chemicals.

Above prices are for general pests only. Additional charges will apply for mice/rodents,
packrats, gophers and snakes as well as ticks/fleas and roach cleanouts.
Service for bees is a minimum of $75.
Prices are based on standard lots; larger lots may require an additional charge.

Current Policies
Preset Customers:
- Preset for the same day/same time monthly or bi-monthly.
- Office calls to remind the day before service
- Exterior service only is done automatically if customer is not home for the preset service
- Customer may call prior to regular preset service to change it for a particular month
due to appointments/vacations etc.
Regular Monthly/Bi-Monthly Customers:
- Office calls to set appointments based on time of last service or customer calls to
set appointment monthly
- If service has not been done for 3 months or longer, initial fees will apply
On-Call Customers:
- Customer calls the office to set an appointment for their service
Callbacks are allowed for the same problem within 2 weeks of
original service. There is no charge for the service, but a $15 trip charge
will apply for all return visits. Next service is to be scheduled based on the
time from the original service. No callbacks are allowed for on-call or
quarterly customers.
A trip charge of $15 will apply if a customer is not home for the
appointment.
Payments are due at time of service. Cash/check/money order/credit cards
are all accepted. Accounts that are in arrears 3 months will have their service
suspended until paid.
A $20 returned check fee will be charged for all returned checks.
