Preparation for Residential Roach Treatment Appointments
Prior to the first appointment:
- Everything must be taken out of all cupboards, put on table and covered with a sheet.
- Everything underneath all sinks in both kitchen and bathrooms, including vanities, must be removed, put on table and covered with sheet.
- Everything in closets should be removed
- All cupboards, counters, stove must be washed and/or cleaned thoroughly
- All housecleaning should be done prior to the appointment.*
Prior to the second appointment:
A second appointment must be made within 7-10 days after the first.
All above steps must be repeated before the second appointment.
* After the first and second treatment, postpone housecleaning for 2 days, except for vacuuming to pick up dead insects.
The third and fourth appointments:
The third and fourth appointments must be within 7-10 days of the prior appointment. It is not necessary to repeat the removal and cleaning for the 3rd and 4th appointment.

Preparation for Commercial Roach Treatment Appointments
Prior to the first appointment:
- Everything in prep work areas must be wrapped and put into the coolers.
- All utensils, serving dishes, plates and pans must be put into the coolers.
- All floors must be swept and mopped.
- All cupboards, counters, and stoves must be washed and/or cleaned thoroughly.
- Dry stock area must have everything up off the floor, must be accessible and everything covered.
- Bar area must be cleaned and all bottles covered and/or put away (pourers must be covered).
- Waitress area and soda machines must be cleaned, covered and everything put away.
- All under counter coolers (refrigerators) and prep areas must be made accessible and covered and around these areas must be accessible.
Prior to the second appointment:
A second appointment must be made within 7-10 days after the first.
All above steps must be repeated before the second appointment.
The third and fourth appointments:
