Termite takeover warranties are available when 5-year warranties provided by the builder/pre-treat company are near expiration. A termite inspection is required prior to takeover. Prices subject to the size of the home, starting at $150/year. Our termite warranties are renewable and transferable.
Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Reports (WDIIRs) are available for sale, refinance or prior to putting the home on the market for sale. Rush requests (with less than 10-days notice) and same-day inspections are available for an additional fee. All initial inspections require an $8 fee for the Arizona Structural Pest Control Commission (SPCC).
